stayed at lombardia and it was just sooo disappointing. no delux upgrade, just an attic room, way too many stairs! the shower was shockingly unstable, switching between hot and cold—definitley not what one expects. coffee in room went unrefilled. really thought i was getting premium service here, but i just couldn’t recommend it.

9/10
Yo, this spot was super clean and cozy. Loved chillin' in the breakfast area with all them pastries. Gotta shout out the staff, they were really nice, helped us with WiFi when the last place didn’t get it right. Just had a rough time with noise from the street, but I’d still come back for sure.

The stay was primarily to explore the nearby attractions like the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, both just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. it offered a great variety of delicious options, and the coffee was top-notch. It’s also convenient to have parking available for those with a car, but be prepared for the stairs as there's no elevator. Overall, it served as a decent place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

Great coffee and breakfast options.
I found the lack of an elevator quite frustrating, especially with my heavy luggage. Climbing four flights of stairs was exhausting, making my stay less enjoyable. Moreover, the shower leaked on the floor, which added to my discomfort.

Family with children convenient spot
Location was spot on, just a short walk from the train station and major sites. Breakfast was fantastic, so many choices to fuel up before a day of exploring.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what you get it’s still fine.

The Economy Double Room was really clean, which I appreciated. However, there was a weird sewer smell that didn’t go away, which made it tough to relax. The AC wasn’t great either, making it hard to cool down. The breakfast service was a nice highlight, though—lots of yummy options and the coffee was outstanding!
